My first experience with Northtown Pharmacy was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt personal and welcoming — completely different from the rushed atmosphere I’ve experienced at larger corporate pharmacies. The staff greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions about my medications without hesitation, and made me feel valued instead of like an inconvenience. I dropped off my prescription at 9:00 AM and had my medication ready by 9:20 AM the very same day, which was incredibly impressive. I was able to pick up some local honey as well. I highly recommend Northtown Pharmacy to anyone looking for fast service, genuine customer care, and a pharmacy team that truly takes the time to help their clients.
